Primary responsibilities center around assisting employees with their workstations, keeping those workstations updated, maintaining the Bank’s intranet, and maintaining 3rd party systems. I assist in developing procedures for maintaining/updating many 3rd party applications, changing configurations to align hardware and applications with the Bank’s changing procedures, and working with all IT members to complete documentation on any applications or procedures. Secondary responsibilities range from updating/maintaining certain security programs, developing/maintaining Powershell scripts for various purposes such as application installs to automating repetitive tasks to reports, working with and managing vendors on IT/Security projects, and working with all departments on new initiatives to support the Bank’s push to become more efficient and effective across all departments. I work with several departments to generate reports that cross several departments, while generating a list of who needs read/write access to this data, then assigning only those employees’ access. To maintain all these systems, I have become proficient in various platforms such as MS ADDS, Azure, Zendesk, Confluence, PDQ, MS Endpoint Management, and various other products. I have touched each platform from their start at the Bank. Many I have set up and configured to work several different ways, since my start at the Bank. Each time enhancing either the entire platform or specific modules that were added afterward.

Responsible for designing and developing the web application to be used to help Veterans find jobs using a well-designed algorithm. • Gather requirements for a “From Scratch” build of a web application• Using HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript (jQuery) to develop the front – end• Develop the back – end using PHP and MySQL as the Database• Locate possible plug-ins or add-ons to be used in development or in application• Collaborate with other developers on build out of algorithm, overall design, and functionality of web application

Teach 7th and 8th graders how to type use Microsoft OS and utilize Microsoft Office. Focusing on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook. Teaching students how to build budgets, outline topics, take notes, organize thoughts, and write research papers. During the Summer I have been teaching Algebra 2 to high school students. Using a Promethean Projector and a white board as resources to help students learn, review, and maintain knowledge of what the students need to know.Watch over the students during a study hall period, every week. This time is used to watch over the students and maintain a quiet time period for studying. Helping students with homework questions.

At TRAX International I was responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of consolidating business functions dispersed geographically into a single, consolidated facility. This project entailed the relocation and reestablishment of people, capital assets, and technology infrastructure. In my capacity as the project lead, I reported directly to the company Vice President. I successfully completed the project under budget, and on time, receiving formal recognition for the effort.

I was responsible for leading efforts associated with eliciting and capturing user requirements to ensure that the capabilities ultimately delivered satisfied user requirements. I conducted analysis to assess the importance and priorities of these requirements, and made suggestions on an implementation approach to mitigate risk and reduce implementation /development costs.

As one of the company’s “go to” individuals with a recognized expertise in software/web development, as well as end user applications, I was often called upon to conduct formal training sessions, as well as one-on-one instruction, on topics of interest/concern to the company and staff. In this regards, I provided instruction on a variety of technical topics, to include an application built for the VA Criminal Justice Academy, as well as Sharepoint itself as a developmental framework. In addition to providing training , I authored a Sharepoint training manual that provided step-by-step instructions on how to use each developed site, and suggested how the separate sites could be used collaboratively to foster synergy between the efforts of the various independent components of the company. I also created a tutorial for a “Learning Management System” for students and administrators to make learning how to use the company’s product less expensive to the corporation.

• Collaborated with squad members to evaluate threat and report results to commanding officers.• Collaborated on Risk Assessments, for both training and for while in a combat zone or a state disaster.• Deployed to Afghanistan July 2004 to August 2005, where responsibilities including serving as driver and turret gunner for convoy operations, automatic rifleman, Combat Lifesaver for squad to which I was assigned, guarding prisoners, supervising locals at job sites, guarding over the base, and gate security. • Worked with locals to find and neutralize munitions, locating people of interest, and resources for locals.• Supervised maintenance/use of $250,000 armored Humvees.
