Prior to establishing IntaPeople I worked within the IT & Engineering industry, both as a permanent employee, and then in the latter years as an APT CNC / Catia Programmer contractor (through a number of recruitment agencies) and also as an IT consultant, responsible for the hiring of additional permanent and contract staff (directly myself and also via recruitment agencies). Therefore I have been in the IT & Engineering industry since 1983 and have worked 'on all sides of the fence', (as a permanent employee, a freelance contractor, a hiring manager, and more recently as an IT & Engineering Recruitment Consultant / Operations Director at IntaPeople). Today IntaPeople is a successful Technical, Software Development, Engineering and Life Sciences recruitment consultancy, that aims to treat both our clients and candidates in a fair and ethical manner, as I expected to be treated when I was a contractor/hiring client myself.
