eArchives Inc., an Enterprise Content Management firm acting as a Reseller for Hyland Software's OnBase Suite of over 100 ECM modules as well offering Business Process Management(BPM).• Privately Held ECM and BPM solutions provider • Registered on the U.S. General Service Administration (GSA) schedule and performs the myriad tasks associated with GSA compliance. • Hansen performs ECM process analysis, design and support services to gain business efficiencies and reduce costs. • Hansen performs Account Management (clients are located in 15 states - all have reoccurring annual contracts), new sales activity, sales cycles to support closing of new business. • Defined/negotiated B2B relationships with synergistic service providers increasing industry presence and market opportunities. • 2000 thru 2005, singlehandedly built the eArchives brand, working with Colorado Counties to help digitize Public Records formerly on microfilm and then import those new images into Land Deed Recording software.

Hansen was PSI’s initial imaging hire as the company sought to replace 4 outdated Minolta Imaging Systems. He was responsible for evaluating all ECM software products and chose Hyland’s OnBase for future expansion. The 4 existing sites were converted and an additional 14 sites were installed during this four year period. Hansen was responsible for building the resulting ECM team, corporate ECM direction, system analysis, design, implementation, user training, ongoing account management, etc.

Hansen managed overall technical operations for a 4 state region (CO, NM, UT, WY) and coordinated daily technicians’ workload. His responsibilities included: Presales tech support, surveying prospective client BPM, configuring-demonstrating-pricing proposed solutions, closing with clients, managing projects post-close, including installation-implementation-training of client user base and their technical staff.

Hansen served as CTO for this document imaging company specializing in ECM implementations using TARGET software. This software was a 1988 Windows-based pioneer of today's ECM software, utilizing 12" optical disk technology for image storage as well digital scanning at the staggering rate of 3 pages per minute.

Hansen contracted with US West to manage a project that involved documenting their existing Assembler language code so that it could be prepared for computer-generated replacement code. This involved the use of visual code documentation tools such as Excelerator and required multiple, extensive analytical meetings with the user community regarding BPM and the programming staff regarding current code methodology.

As Operations Manager, Hansen supervised four UNIX system operators responsible for providing 24-hour machine uptime on five AT&T 3B20’s for UNIX users throughout US West’s eight-state region. Hansen was responsible for budgetary considerations and expenditures for equipment & maintenance. As UNIX Technical Support, Hansen supported the entire programming staff in Denver. He conducted monthly UNIX User Group meetings for the 500-person user community. He performed UNIX system administration. As a Programmer, Hansen wrote new development COBOL code for the Customer Billing area. He received training in C, C+, COBOL and Assembler and wrote many UNIX scripts to get programs from UNIX mini-computer systems to IBM mainframe (middleware). As a Customer Service Representative, Hansen handled incoming customer calls regarding all types of inquiries, including billing questions, establishing, transferring, and disconnecting service, long distance, and system repairs.
