I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an experienced forensic accountant with over 20 years of experience in acting for clients on numerous high-value disputes. I have been instructed as an expert in both litigation and international arbitration proceedings. My practice encompasses the following:• The evaluation of damages and the valuation of businesses – undertaken in the context of both international arbitration proceedings (investment treaty and commercial claims) and litigation matters;• Accounting interpretation and analysis, including the consideration of the appropriate financial reporting for complex transactions across a range of accounting standard setting regimes, including IFRS and US GAAP; and • Post-acquisition disputes, including warranty and fraudulent misrepresentation claims, and completion balance sheet disputes. I have undertaken projects across a range of sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, power generation (including renewables), banking, telecommunications and IT, and manufacturing industries. I have also assisted clients in numerous jurisdictions, including Europe, North America, the Caribbean, South America, Africa and Asia.
