• As team leader of 11 members my primary responsibility was to ensure accurate reconciliation of cash accounts, as well as accurate and timely delivery of client reports. • Provided reports in relation to over ₤10 billion of assets under management across a wide variety of investment vehicles including money markets, fixed income bonds, derivatives currency funds, and futures. • Worked with major custodians from Europe, North America and the Pacific Basin (including JPM Chase, BONY, State Street, ABN Amro Mellon) to build relationships and develop processes and procedures to streamline and automate the business workflow.Additional Achievements • Increased team performance in relation to completion of daily cash reconciliations during the reporting period from 70% to 95% within 6 months;• Streamlined and automated the client reporting process, significantly reducing the client reporting cycle from 15 business days to less than 10 business days.
