Design, develop, test and implement solutions, application integration (CMS, ERP, CRM), Internet/Intranet and reporting using the core technologies of Microsoft .NET and Oracle. Adopting agreed standards and tools in order to ensure client requirements are fully met in terms of outcome, quality, timeliness and cost constraints.Analyse client/user requirements and specifications in order to understand the problem domain and identify business needs in relation to new and existing systems and processes and taking fullaccount of wider corporate objectives and the IT Strategy and policies.Plan and manage small-to-medium sized development projects following the agreed project management disciplines and methodologies (AGILE, PRINCE2).Develop and maintain technical expertise in the core technologies of Microsoft .NET and Oracle and provide consultancy advice to the team Manager, colleagues, clients and users in order to identify cost-effective options for the provision of IT services across the organisation.Ensure the full documentation of all work in accordance with agreed standards in order to assist in the future development and support of IT applications and projects and observe all agreed changemanagement procedures.Promote the team to other IT functions, partners and clients in order to appraise them of the skills and services available to them and to provide early identification of potential projects and workrequests.Prepare and deliver presentations, relevant training courses and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing and workshops.
