My role sits across all service lines and ensures our clients are buying the right service to suit their skills need. I partner with broadcasters and telecommunications companies across Europe to scale their flexible workforce in-line with delivery needs. My role is to work closely with various client stakeholders to scope requirements of unique and complex technology programmes, understand what skills are required and deliver those skills from Caspian One's Partnered Network of Associates. Over the past two decades Caspian One have built up a network of some of the technology world's most hard to find skills. In the Broadcast Media & Entertainment industry, new projects happen regularly and must be delivered on time. TV doesn’t wait, and our clients cannot afford to either.Projects we engage with typically relate to IP infrastructure, IP networking, Cloud technologies and initiatives aligned to remote production and virtualised playout. Content processing (including MAM), scheduling and ad-tech projects also take priority.Clients typically include Broadcasters, Service Providers, Content Owners, Studios, Telcos and System Integrators; with a focus on the UK and European markets.

Looking after new and existing relationships within accounts across Broadcasters, Service Providers and Telco's in the UK and Europe. My primary focus is on enabling clients to be flexible in their staff requirements when it comes to large programmes of work, delivering specialist skills and capabilities to assist the delivery of complex technology projects. This role is driven by the market need for unique technology skills in the broadcast industry.

Working with broadcast technology vendors and suppliers, broadcasters, services providers and telcos to provide technology skills both permanent and contract. Specific domain knowledge includes video transport, content supply chain and infrastructure. Throughout the first six years at Caspian One, I've established and expanded markets and clients, managed and co-ordinated the delivery to multiple clients and managed of a team of consultants.
