Being an engineer "to the bone" has always been part of me. I am leveraging this deep technical background to extend my work to the business side of Product Design and Engineering: Product Definition, Product Architecture, Product Design, Project Management. The user and customer experience is at the center of all of my preoccupations and efforts and as such product quality is a number one concern.My technical skills have continuously improved through both my professional experience and my personal endeavors. My technical background and communication skills allow me to be comfortable discussing and being involved with customer relations, supplier contract negotiations, user experience design, software design, IT infrastructure, industrial design, electrical, electronics and mechanical design, manufacturing methods. I am a strong advocate of good development practices and an avid supporter of Agile principles: YAGNI and KISS are definitive daily motto. I have first hand experience with SCRUM development practices and I am convinced that an efficient (possibly minimalist) and structured engineering practice is necessary to leverage the full capabilities of the development team members.
