Head of Aerodynamic Operations (2005 - 2007)• Established a series of top level improvement strategies to enhance the technical performance of the department, to improve operational efficiency, increase visibility of the aero programmes throughout the company and enhance coordination with the main business strategy.Engineering Programme Mananger (2002 - 2004)• Engineering Programmes – accountable for task list / project plan construction, maintenance and compliance for all major racecar programmes. Also responsible for the technical liaison with BAe Systems.• Aerodynamic Operations – accountable for project allocation, job prioritisation and delivery of all aerodynamic research programmes.• Engineering Reliability - collation of all trackside faults, determination of corrective action and provision of management review information.Head of Aerodynamic Design (1990 - 2001) Recruited by Henri Durand and Martin Whitmarsh to help rebuild the Aero Department. Towards the end of the decade when Henri left, myself and Peter Prodromou were appointed joint heads of the department.• Responsibility for all aerodynamic scale model design work, racecar wetted surface definition, budget control, wind tunnel / model technology improvements, the model shop and the SLA facility.

• Resolved technical issues with Brackley Wind Tunnel in association with Nick Wirth & Ken Burgin• Consultant to Ralt Cars on design layout of the 1989 Alfa Indycar.
