Starting in Jun 1990 as a machine setter, working my way up to shop floor supervision ensuring my factory met production dealines to satisfy customer demands within timelines set by the planning department within a set cost band.Started the third factory of Erlson up within a new product range for this company.In 1997 I moved into the Engineering department as assistant Engineering Manager and within time was promoted to Engineering Manager.
