The Achieve Together Programme was an initiative with JP Morgan, Educational Endowment Foundation and Esmee Fairbairn working to improve the educational outcomes of children and young people.The two year trial with Teach First, Teaching Leaders and Future Leaders tested how far a whole-school focus on teaching and leadership can accelerate closing the attainment gap for children from low-income communities.The programme helped develop and inform collaberative pratice in and across groups of schools and MATs, as well as building partnerships for high-quality, whole school interventions with charities and social enterprises.
