One of the Lead Analyst, we design and develop technical operator training and tactical training solutions for the mounted close combat community. These solutions are delivered to over 1000 employees each year. This includes the creation and modernisation of Role Performance and Formal Training Statements, guiding design with methods of delivery.Conducting technical documentation review of Warrior/Bulldog operating procedures, advice process for tactical training and waivers for the Armoured Infantry community. This was followed by organising forums and working groups to discuss the best routes to market.Conducted analytical development of technical operators for armoured fighting vehicles. Including Boxer (MIV) This included role analysis, role scalar, training analysis, drafting RPS and FTS, producing a TNA report for industry and Army HQ.
