As an Account Representative for the Psychiatry Team, I am responsible for delivering leads to Account Executives, gathering client information, and updating pertinent information into our database. Account Representatives are responsible for certain territories and work to fulfill locum tenens needs for facilities in those territories.

• Responsible for timely and effective operation of funds in a manner which satisfies donor and grantee needs, and strengthens relationship with donor• Lead donor engagement efforts including, but not limited to: researching best practices, developing recommendations, annual plan, implementing plan, and reporting to management• Refining, assessing, and implementing CFPF’s donor acknowledgment procedures• Oversee all donor acknowledgment and recognition by assuring 100% timeliness and accuracy• Serve as customer service lead for Donor Services and any Third Party Event vendor• Increase foundation’s assets, through increasing monthly donors and continued contact with current active donors• Actively serve as visible, knowledgeable and effective representative of the foundation with donors, nonprofit organizations, and the community• Responsible for managing relationships with donors and advisors• Regularly assessing and improving processes and procedures to ensure third party events are and homegrown events are successful• Regularly engaging with donors to deepen relationships by understanding their charitable interests and goals• Educating donors about partnership opportunities with CFPF and to encourage increased funding through company matching gifts.• Managed ongoing relationships between sponsors/donors and the foundation.• Responsible for daily communication between the foundation and partnering marketing partners and agencies.• Managed the relationship of sponsor driven golf events both locally and nationally.• Raised significant funds through sponsor driven events and donations.• Managed the budget and finances of the foundations ensuring all donations were allocated correctly in the governments guidelines.
