• Integrated Cost Forecasting Services work into NCL service centre which required several business trips to Geneva• Quickly adapted to bespoke forecasting system which led to being appointed Process Expert• Review inputs into forecasts

• Reported key figures from Business Warehouse for all P&G sites in Western Europe to high level management on a daily and monthly basis• Developed purchases to payments Excel based reporting tool linking SAP, SharePoint and BEx Analyzer together which was rolled out across 3 organisations across EMEA

• Responsible for ensuring invoices are posted in SAP and paid on time for a range of sites across Belgium, Netherlands & Luxemburg• Integrated Duracell plant AP role into NCL service centre• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations• Goods receipt/Invoice receipt management• Simplification and automation of processes resulting in over 6000 hours savings.
