Identifying and vetting prospective carriers to build a pipeline of service providers. Gathering information from clients to determine their shipping needs. Obtaining shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients. Booking freight service through carriers for clients. Coordinating the pickup and drop off of shipments. Monitoring the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged. Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate. Advising clients on potential supply chain issues

Primarily focused on assisting bank clients with verbally submitting loan applications via phone and with their online application submissions. The application process consists of reviewing applications and credit reports for accuracy, communicating with members to discuss the details of their application, collecting supporting loan documents for loan decisions, and updating the application with final details. This role also comes with the responsibility of interviewing the clients to ensure the proper lending solutions are being offered, as well as actively looking for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. In order to maximize opportunities to sell products and services, maintaining extensive product knowledge is required. Lending solutions provided include: Credit Cards, Personal Loans/Lines of Credit, Vehicle Loans, Home Repair Loans, RENU Loans, and HELOCs. Aside from communicating with clients, this role also collaborates with the underwriting and loan processing teams in order to provide the members with a seamless process up to the bank’s service standards.

Assisted customers with opening and closing accounts, completing loan applications, and signing up for online services. Reviewed and approved overdrafts and checks for cashing, answered questions on accounts, loans, and statements, and solved or escalated customer issues when necessary. Prepared credit and financial information to streamline loan processing for mortgage, installment, and discount loan transactions; prepared loan worksheets for submission to loan processing for closing documents. Referred customers to designated business partners to meet branch and individual customer service and sales goals. Worked closely with management to strategize sales techniques to increase branch production and customer service.

Create meaningful connections with every customer, with personalized sales expertise. Assist customers with the purchase of company products and services, features, accessories, and bill payments. Answer inbound calls and assists sales representatives. Process paperwork and perform other duties as assigned by management. May sell all products and services offered by the company. Responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, organizing, and merchandising inventory. Perform monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
