• Prepare workplan, supervises mechanical related works and make sure work sure works carried out as per the required specification and in desired time• Manage all the HVAC/Plumbing/ Firefighting works like Ducts, HVAC units, pumps valves delivery, installation and maintenance till handing over of buildings.• Organizing and coordinating with all the sub-contractors to finish all the MEP works within the time and ready for hand over.• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Reviewing of the Test Certificates of the Materials / Equipment’s received at site.• Review and prepare the Method of Statements for the Equipment’s Installation.• Preparation of Checklist of the Installation activities and raise the Material Request on time and ensure the delivery the same at the site.• Coordinating with the Consultant / Client for the Inspection of Materials received and Installation Inspections.• Attending the client meeting with PM and coordinate all the works as suggestion.• Preparing commissioning reports and preparing balance work checklist for snag list.• Preparing Asbuilt drawings and Working drawing on receiving IFC Drawing
