Specialist Property, Energy, Construction, Power and Infrastructure placement broker for Greater China. Charged with executing wholesale placements primarily on behalf of Aon’s Hong Kong and China operations but also on a global basis as required. Also responsible for Chinese Direct Overseas Development for Aon Broking Asia.

Primarily concerned and responsible for project CAR/EAR placements (with TPL/DSU as appropriate) as well as consulting work for our Asia/Pac retail operations which often consist of assisting in the drafting of policies, marketing advice and tender responses. Also responsible for standalone TPL cover for construction projects. Experience has also been gained in Operational Power programmes as well as some Operational Mining risks. Over the year considerable exposure to negotiation and presenting to clients has also been gained, this was particularly true for the Resorts World at Sentosa project where I was personally responsible for the CAR/TPL/ DSU placement including client presentations and policy negotiations with the clients lawyers, this also includes ongoing placement support and client advice. From a management perspective I have recently been charged with and completed the business planning process for MGPA with regards to the South East Asian Countries as well as for our Construction Power and Utilities business. This involved liaising with Country Heads and Practice leaders across our Asia/Pac operations, creation of strategy aliened to our Retail operations, creation of new product ideas including commentary over their revenue potential and the subsequent report writing and presentation. I am also competent at drafting policy documentation for CAR/EAR/TPL/DSU as required.
