Attended several weekly Readiness Change Board (RCB) meetings discussed project status, report project analysis, and summarized notes, action item data into reports, for Project Lead. RCB Master Tracker Config: Review Master Tracker weekly and after every RCB that ensured information was accurate and up to date. New items the next four RCB components with Degrader Action Cell (DAC) will be discussed/decided during weekly RCB or Sprint Reviews after monthly (FMC) or (PMC) A/C data analysis is provided.
