Supports clients 50/50 as the Logistics Manager with acquisition support experience to support Aerial Networks Division AFLCMC (Air Force Life Cycle Management Center)/HNAA/HNAE Program at Hanscom AFB. Supported NAVAIR PMA-231 E-2D/E-2/C-2 Program as a Logistics Analyst that directly reported to the Readiness Project Team Lead. Used the following websites Tableau, Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) site to view Interactive Electronic Technical Manual Services (IETMS), DECKPLATE, Vector, One Touch to research and analyze E-2D Aircraft (A/C) component failures, determined equipment serviceability and reliability using condition codes from multiple government websites databases. Worked with (NAVSUP) Fleet Readiness Command (FRC) to resolve supply discrepancies and ensure equipment serviceability and reliability for the E-2D A/C. Uses Minitab Database to analyze data and created chart for Power Point presentations that were prepared and given briefs to/for government customer. As Configuration Manager, was responsible for Action Item Configuration. Attended several weekly Readiness Change Board (RCB) meetings discussed project status, report project analysis, and summarized notes, action item data into reports, for Project Lead. RCB Master Tracker Config: Review Master Tracker weekly and after every RCB that ensured information was accurate and up to date. New items the next four RCB components with Degrader Action Cell (DAC) will be discussed/decided during weekly RCB or Sprint Reviews after monthly (FMC) or (PMC) A/C data analysis is provided. Sent updates to Project Lead. Master Tracker uploaded on PMA-231 SharePoint and distributed IAW PMA-231. Supported as (OPA) that directly reported to the (DAPO) government on (GFE) stored in multiple locations. Determined supply requirements from authorization documents or other media. Maintained manual and automated records for requisitioning, receiving, and storing supplies, repair parts and equipment. Determined sources of supply shipping modes. Inspected on supply shortages. As a Program Analyst V, supporting PMA-299MH-60 Program under GFE responsibilities included GFE Repair of Repairable (ROR) and IMDS Production POC subject matter expert/lead. Performs and uses effective program management, technical reviews/recommendations, and business case analysis. Provided program analysis support and has knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions. Participated and support as a member of the Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Monitor and track schedules, delivery of GFE products for production status and repairs. While using GFE Tracker to track, order, and ship and track deliverers of GFE. Proficient in writing and updating SOW, Technical Publications (Tech PUBs), Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR), Test Procedures, Test Plans and Schedules. Used and applies policies and procedures relative to case management, case closure, financial planning and tracking of commitments, obligations, and expenditures. Worked closely with PMA-299 BFMs, Contract Specialists, CCB, JCRM and IMDS process in ensure accurate information for contracts and PID’s for GFE requisitions’ to translate program objectives into necessary contracts, contractor support, procurements and field activity taking required to implement the program.
