Managed the contracts we had with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Windstream, ClearChannel Outdoors and others. Was responsible for making certain all departments were delivering the product and results our customers demanded. In addition and due to my past Telecom experience, was responsible for training all Lease Consultants and sales management. This work resulted in saving our clients over two billion dollars in future operating expenses.

Responsible for the company FCC auction strategy acquiring 27 PCS licenses at 42% below the national average price paid. Led negotiations on a $109M vendor financing agreement with Siemens . Led negotiations on a $300M project management and vendor financing agreement with Hughes Network Systems. Led negotiations on a $140M Bond offering with Bank Paribas. Led the negotiations and due diligence process on a $100M public offering with Credit Suisse. Lobbied extensively at the FCC, the US Senate and House of Representatives before, during and after the FCC auctions.
