From the age of 12 I started to work, during my secondary school years I managed to get myself a zero hour job as a school cleaner to understand the work environment. Aged 16 I had left secondary school and headed out to college within my first year I was able to get my first customer service job within Sainsbury’s JS with the title of Food and Beverage Assistant, My role within Sainsbury’s was quite versatile with my main area of responsibility to stock the shelves I had learnt various other rolls within my first year to be able to further my career opportunities in the future. Leaving college and handing my resignation to Sainsbury’s I started a new job at No1 Lounges within my local Airport, once again starting only as a food and beverage assistant I learnt the majority of other rolls within my first three months This ability let me help the company in all areas of the lounge when needed. My careers were all personally selected to help me develop my skills in all areas from customer service, technical support, money management and management. My career lead to one path and that was as British Airways Cabin Crew. My career within the travel industry started in 2018 and gave me the most amazing experiences not many can accomplish working for British Airways is both an honour and a joy to this my career in aviation will never end in fact I can’t wait for my career opportunities to grow within the company and to work alongside amazing people.
