Since 1992, I have helped people across New Mexico make collaborative decisions—even in difficult situations. By creating arenas in which individuals and groups can more safely develop their own resolutions, I give them opportunities to present their individual interests and help them share their goals and perspectives. I provide mediation, facilitation, consultation, and training for a broad range of clients and their issues—including divorce and child custody, ADA/disability rights, workplace/EEO, business and construction, and group intervention/facilitation.Much of my work has included mediaiton of employment or personnel-related issues within both public and private agencies. As a contract mediator with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, US Postal Service and numerous State, Federal and municipal agencies, I have helped resolve complaints, such that employees were able to return to work with better relationships among themselves and with their supervisors.
