Serve as the Plant Health and Safety Coordinator in the plant EHS team to maintain compliance with regulatory and company EHS standards. Assist, guide and mentor departmental teams to align plant objectives and programs. Work collaboratively with USW Safety Chair and Leads. Assist EHS Manager in development of safety programs and plant objectives to meet plant KPIs. Provide assistance to post incident investigations and countermeasures. Promote and developing proactive safety activities in departmental teams such as hazard recognition to prevent incidents. Continuous improvement and support with lockout tagout, solvent reduction, EHS auditing, and ISO auditing. Additional areas of responsibility include Business Continuity, Emergency response, Industrial Hygiene, audiometric testing, and radiation safety.
