After two years in post as a Fleet Controller, I was fortunate to be promoted as part of our new management structure. In my post as Customer Relationship Manager, myself and my team oversee the purchase, maintenance, repairs and disposals of all Frontline policing vehicles.

Fleet Controller, managing the cradle to grave lifecycle of the Counter Terrorism funded vehicles within the Met. I engaged with my my fellow Fleet Controllers, Fleet Managers and customers to ensure that the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time. I have grown strong relationships with my customers and ensured that a high level of service is delivered.I have lead/assisted with the development of three projects surrounding bicycle management, covert vehicles and redeployment of existing Met vehicles to comply with the London ULEZ expansion.I collaborate with internal and stakeholders of various seniority, to ensure that projects are progressing well, issued are managed and successfully deliver what was planned.

Following the completion of my apprenticeship I was taken on as a permanent member of the team. I scheduled and trafficked advertisements to a larger portfolio of more complex websites and designing the associated site notes and specifications.I reviewed and implemented new trafficking procedures across multiple brands, championed the use of our offshore trafficking team, and trained them in line with our booking procedures and codes of practice, ensuring continuity in all of our bookings. This has allowed the UK team to more effectively and productively use their time.In late 2017, I was responsible for trafficking to two of our most prestigious brands, Campaign and PR Week. I managed multiple campaigns each valued between £40,000 and £120,000 from pre-sales to completion.In 2018 I have took over the management of our medical related brands. Due to the sensitive legal and medical practices of the products that are advertised, extra care and attention was required to ensure compliance when trafficking.In addition to the above, I also:- Led the training of five new starters in our team and provide assistance as needed.- Took responsibility for designing and maintaining site specifications for all site specifications.- Educated the team on our support inbox function, and created a guide of how to execute common requests, including data deletion requests from users, in line with GDPR enforcement.

I was Haymarket’s first apprentice in this field. Working in Ad-Ops my role is varied. I organisde, managed and reported on campaigns that have run on our B2B titles, and feed this information back to our sales teams using Google Double Click and CMS systems.I also helped to manage our support inbox for job site users, and was responsible for organising and actioning sold inventory such as job tweets, sponsored tweets, job targeted emails and QR code making.

I undertook a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the London Borough of Bromley, which I completed in August 2014.The apprenticeship was working with the Education Business Partnership team, primarily organising events between local businesses and schools. My role was to support the team and help in running the office on a daily basis and take an active part in organising and attending events with local businesses.I was responsible for updating the Bromley Education Business Partnership website and publishing press releases to the website and promoting this on our social media channels.I collated and analysed course feedback, reporting this back to our management teams. I took ownership of our social media activities, doubling our followers on Twitter during my tenure.The nature of my role meant I handled sensitive information, and undertook monitoring calls, checking information and attendance with workplaces that students are assigned to.I gained strong database experience, and had an opportunity to use the Student Intervention Database (students who are potential NEETs), Veryan (background checks on local businesses, safety information etc), Veryan+ (shared information across other Education Business Partnerships).

Vodafone/MITIE (Paddington, London). I worked as a post room/facilities assistant, tasks included managing incoming and ougoing post and deliveries and setting up meeting rooms ensuring they were fully prepared with the correct equipment.I would prortise my work, deal with customer and clients over the telephone, email and face to face on all levels of the business from support staff, suppliers, delivery agents and Senior Executives.In this role I made changes to the organisation of the post room and processes for the collection and sending of packages, including clearing a six month backlog of uncollected post. As a result of my hard work I received the MITIE ‘Heroes Award’ for delivering a high level of customer satisfactionBarclays Bank (Canary Wharf). I worked as a porter/facilities assistant, setting up meeting rooms in accordance with customer and business requirements . This entailed liaising with the main Churchill Place reception, my colleagues and my manager. I had to initiate contact and make arrangements with all parties and priotitise my activities in a busy and high pressure environment, whilst ensuring accurate records of work completed were kept. I received positive feedback from managers and reception during, and at end of, my contract.
