I assisted the Northgate Fund of Fund, Direct Investment Fund, and Private Equity Fund due diligence process on potential investments, as well as, helped develop the Direct Investment pipeline. I also assisted with the fundraising process. Northgate Capital focuses on delivering superior financial returns to its investors through private equity investments in buyouts, venture capital, growth capital, and distressed/special opportunities. Since its formation in 2000, Northgate has offered investors access to a diverse set of the very best primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities within these asset classes. Northgate currently manages ten funds-of-funds and six venture capital co-investment funds. Today, the Northgate team consists of 16 investment professionals and 13 finance and administration professionals across offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, London, New Delhi and Hong Kong.
