Joined the company as Finance & Administration Manager; a new company without any proper system or management procedures. I took the initiative to organize a professional Accounts Department and was successful in creating one. The company in recognition of my hard work and good performance, promoted me to the position of General Manager within a short period of three months.My main responsibility was to design, develop and implement operational systems and procedures to render qualitative services to the clients.Review the performance expenses v/s revenue and initiate the appropriate actions for more revenue generation. Plan the annual budget in consultation with the owner of the company. General analytical reports on costing, manpower, other expenses, client feedback etc. for continuous improvement.
