Currently working as a Quality Analyst ensuring the safe testing and delivery of our Hazard Protection Systems to customers worldwide.My duties include Flame non-transmission testing of Oil and Gas and Material Handling products to various current ATEX standards including IECEX/BSEN standards, following ISO9001 and !SO14001 guidlines.Individual component testing of which thermal rise, impact testing and nR, nC are just a few of the tests variations that I conduct regularly.EN 1755:2015 Fork truck testing including full thermal monitoring of Electric and Diesel powered systems for various temperature class approvals.Planning my day to day activities, communicating with multiple departments to ensure a smooth process from manufacture to test to despatch of the product under test.Report writing for all tests conducted for Internal use and external Notified bodies.Maintaining the in house test laboratory ensuring that test equipment is routinely UKAS calibrated and functioning correctly. I have also worked in goods in/vehicle inspection measuring and inspecting parts to drawings and standards.I have great knowledge of ISO 17025,ATEX and BSEN/IECEX directories and a great understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
