Loyaltybuild is an Affinion International Ltd company. They deal with providing hotel breaks within Ireland and also all over Europe and Scandinavia, and working in partnership with major hotel chains such as the Raddison Blu, the Maldron, Choice Hotels Europe. My role is to support the Project Manager on key internal projects. This includes coordinating and managing the project process, working across all departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery. I contribute pro-actively to the design and implementation of projects in line with organisational strategy, I support and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions to ensure comprehensive collection of requirements by working with business and IT partners. Other key objectives of my Business Analyst role is to contribute to the entire development life cycle from initial requirements phase to deployment, develop Project Plans and associated communications documentation and to comply with, maintain and update company procedures as necessary. In this role I am developing strong analytic and problem solving skills, self-motivation and goal orientation, well developed self-management and multi-tasking skills. Development of knowledge of requirements management and change management process is also taking in practice along with excellent workshop/ facilitation skills, knowledge of working with waterfall delivery methodologies and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a customer service representative I was responsible in assisting other store crew with their task and assuring that they are performing their job well. They also supervise the flow of service in the store and act as the acting officer if the presence of the Manger is not available. I also trained in new staff on cashiers along with other supervisory duties such as counting tills, end-of-day reads, and balancing floats. I also signed for new orders and made sure every customer has full satisfaction and had a positive shopping experience when they left the store. I was also responsible for dealing with customer complaints. From this role I also developed the skill to deal with aggressive and non-compliant customers.
