About Philip E.L. Greene

I have enjoyed a diverse career in theater, journalism, education, and management. I have more than 20 years’ experience as a published writer and editor and 25 years’ experience as a theatrical technical director and director. My management experience was in a newspaper production department where I managed more than 60 employees. I also handled the scheduling, hiring, payroll, and discipline.Perhaps my most challenging and rewarding experience so far, however, is working with special needs students. These people include the severely emotionally disabled, learning disabled, moderate-to-severe autistic, and at-risk dropout recovery students. My specialties include writing (non-fiction mostly, but also fiction and poetry), editing/proofreading, mediation (both directive and transformational), media/public relations, public speaking and speech writing, personnel management, and supervision.
