Working in a team of 11 people providing valuation services across a range of property asset types.Experience of valuing both traditional asset types such as office, industrial, retail and residential as well as more specialised buildings such as data centres and waste to energy plants.Predominantly work with audit colleagues to provide professional verification of third party and management valuations.In addition to audit work I also undertake valuations for a range of other purposes including Litigation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and Taxation.Clients include corporate occupiers, developers, institutional funds, retail and investment banks, private equity houses and public sector bodies.Clients worked with include Meadows Capital Partners, Mitsubishi Estate. Morgan Stanley, M&G, Newcastle City Council and Standard Life.Experience is predominantly within the UK market, although also have limited experience of a number of European markets.

Moved to Workman under the TUPE procedure as part of a wider transfer of the property management services for the USS Industrial Fund. Duties included:Continuation of previous duties, as well as taking on more responsibility for direct property managementExperience of managing different asset types including a central London retail parade and Mid-Town office building.

Responsibilities include co-ordinating quarterly and monthly client reporting, assistance with relevant landlord and tenant documentation, supporting the credit control process, co-ordination of environmental and CRC reporting, as well as assistance with any ad-hoc asset management initiatives. Focused on Universities Superannuation Scheme Industrial Property Fund.

I worked in both the Sustainability and Industrial Agency teams, offering a wide range of support to professionals within the team. Experience of working with clients including, Hammerson, Hermes, GlaxoSmithKline and Workspace Group. I gained experience of both working on retainer and transactional projects.
