Responsible for the establishment and running of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Committee and the events the group plan. Responsible for comms and events of various charity fundraising activities. Responsible for the gathering of data and communications to staff of the achievements being made since VOOP and PMES.

Part of the initial setup team to create a Ministerial and Parliamentary Services Team within Service NSW. Investigated customer issues, questions and complaints sent from the Ministers office, sort to address those issues and wrote briefing notes, ministerials and letters on behalf of the Minister to the customers. Trained new staff as they joined the team.

Led a team of thirty grant assessors as they processed thousands of grant requests. Trained team. Met one on one with team members and set goals. Approved grant requests. Worked with leadership team to develop improvements within the system.
