Qualified within Electronics engineering and also skilled in various other engineering areas. My career in this field has spanned from Service Workshop Engineer roles to Workshop Supervisor, Field Service Engineer to Field Service Supervisor and to Service Management.I am an engineer at heart and like to develop a deep understanding of the equipment to allow a clear, logical and effective approach to problem solving, valuing high quality, attention to detail, thoroughness and reliable results in all aspects of service and repair work. This combined with a passion for delivering first class customer support and a natural approach to get involved, find solutions to problems and get results has aided me in developing a dedicated and high calibre Technical Service team for Alere Ltd.I am driven, flexible and often work outside of the usual 'comfort zone' to ensure objectives and deadlines are met or exceeded. I am a proven coordinator and team leader, developing individual roles within the team, managing people and activities.
