Initially asked to join the Amhola team to spearhead the development of a new build PBSA development platform under an agreed DMA with GSA in Poland my focus shifted to support Amhola's core business and investment platform within the Irish market including direct oversight of the leasing , marketing and sales process of a 154 key new build hotel located at 181-184 James street in Dublin, oversight of the marketing and initial institutional sale approach of a 50 unit multifamily development project in Dublin while closely working and supporting the Amhola Capital's team globally to market and launch funding and investment discussions with institutional investors for a landmark new build BTR development project located in Dublin Carrickmines on which Amhola obtained full and valid planning permissions for a new build 482 unit development over 4 blocks with Irelands largest planned residential tower (at the time ) . I was also asked to represent the company at multiple international investor events and meetings to forward sell the development to institutional investors or agree acceptable co- investment terms for a substantial BTR project offering a GDV of over €200 mln.

Created a successful Boutique real estate advisory business following the Great Financial Crash which I ran for over ten years offering buyers and sellers disposal & acquisition advise on multifamily residential development projects spanning greenfield to brownfield, from bank sales to historic buildings for refurbishment throughout the Polish market. In addition, Evison & Co took part in the Polish markets evolution of new build Hotel developments to retail parks to Built -to-Rent and Purpose Built Student Housing while creating a significant network of local advisors and agents throughout the domestic Polish market while developing close relationships with institutional investors looking to invest in the CEE markets and beyond.

King Sturge LLP, now trading under JLL, was a historic British property consultancy with over 210 offices and 4,200 staff located in 45 countries. The firm was formed in 1992 from the merger of King and Co, founded in 1920, and JP Sturge, who traced their company roots back to 1760. During my time in King Sturge in Poland, I ran the Residential services & development team providing local and international developers advise on how to invest within the Polish market while advising property owners and buyers on both investment & divestment strategies, identifying (re) development opportunities , advising on funding requirements and structuring options (JV’s, Partnerships, Forward Funding, Forward Commitments, etc) while helping negotiate property acquisitions throughout the Polish market.
