I successfully implemented strategies to enhance the efficiency of the effluent treatment plant while ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) between various departments and the treatment facility.One of my key achievements was spearheading the implementation of the Environment VPO (Visible, Proactive, Ownership) Pillar, a comprehensive framework designed to meet and exceed environmental requirements.
