Which includes BOPP, Polyester, CPP films, Aluminum Foil, Polymer Resin (for blown and Extrusion lamination), Printing Inks, Adhesives, Waxes, Polyethylene film, specialty Papers, Packing materials etc. which is approximate 81 Million Euro per annum.• Global negotiation for specify raw material such as Polyester, BOPP films, Polymer Resins and Aluminum Foil.• Negotiations are based on market index such as ICIS or Reliance Melt, LME with fix conversation cost for a year with volume discount. • The major supplier such as:- Polyester film – SML Ltd and Novatex Ltd.- BOPP film – Gulf Packaging Ltd and Taghleef Industries Ltd.- Aluminum – Jiangsu Zhongji and Yunnan - Polymer resins – Dow, Exxon and Borouge• Sourcing excellence within the region.• Coordination with Technical department for development of new films and laminates. • Identity new opportunities in the market place initiate and run projects for new product development and ensure commercialization.• Prepare and present market dynamics.• Responsible for budget preparation from sourcing along with management.• Coordination with Sale team on Sale projection for the major customer such as Nestle, Mars, Iffco, Mondelez etc. and higher lead time material.• As a team member for Global Sourcing team for flexible segments. • Proficiently managing Stores and warehouse for effectively storing raw material. • Sound knowledge of handling of Logistic, Dubai Customs and Department of Economy for duty exemptions. • Preparing the contract with major raw materials.• Responsible for Due Diligence from sourcing during the acquisition at South Africa and team member of integration management.
