Developed Sales and Operations metrics and reports for VIPS; Achievements: Reorganized department job classifications, reducing headcount by 18%, payroll by over 20% while maintaining current production levels Award of Excellence for D208 T-21 small HAMO contamination investigation in 2001. Award of Excellence for department overtime reduction of 80% in 2004. Revised departmental overtime guidelines for a savings of $82,000. Assisted in the development of the plantsite overtime tracking program. Member of the West Point Time team for the development of a plantsite time clocksystem. Saved customer departments $4 million over five years. Coordinated, planned, and managed the logistics of equipment supply for multipledepartments during annual shutdown periods. Assisted in the Sumneytown Pike expansion project of West Point. Supervised the implementation of the Vapor Condenser project to reduce fugitive emissions and maintain site compliance with Title V.

Directed business activities including advertising, marketing, contracts with outside vendors/customers, financing, and accounting for a $1 million office. Increased revenues for the office in an industry with increasing competition and decreasing commission rates. Expanded services and increased advertising to target markets. In four years, business went from initial local market entry to market leader.
