Assist Activation PM with development and delivery of Trials program. Research procedures and policies to ensure adequate testing ahead of opening newfacility. Schedule a variety of trial and move activities using MS Project and Excel. Generate reports for upper managements and project groups using MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Visio. Coordinate move from existing YYC terminal to newly constructed international terminalbuilding by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (Agencies/ Airlines). Manage two coop students assigned to activation group activity. Schedule, chair, and provide minutes for multiple meetings and workshops. Perform duties in environment constantly in flux with compressed timeline.

Daily interface with construction coordinators for validation of construction progress. Ensure that all Cost Control activities are in accordance with set Project Procedures andJob Instructions. Includes preparation of cost reports, cash flow and variance analysis. Perform field reviews of completed progress for validation. Maintain Drawings Provide updated documentation to construction coordinators. Provide field validation packages to the Project Controls team. Entry of daily progress into site progress tool (Prevail). Preparation of reports as required based on the current phase of the project. Preparation/completion of requested analytical ad-hoc reports.
