Setting up a new front end reporting interface for their investors, we also reconfigured the data warehouse to run more efficiently. Defined, managed, and coordinated the implementation of new accounting and HR platforms while supporting transition planning leading up to the transaction’s financial close and Day 1+ activities• Directed a team through client interviews, document gathering and current state analysis to recommend the ideal reporting tool for a bank. The final deliverable showed each platform with a report card attached based on the requirements from the business, how it fit in their budgetary constraints and the timeline for implementation

• Conducted credit reviews including credit report preparation, internal department collaboration, performance evaluation, file condition/covenant monitoring, and credit interpretation for Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF)• Systems project manager and testing lead for the credit department for all enhancements to the deal flow process through Salesforce to all credit reviews. This included working on a cross functional teams with IT, sales, credit and management to ensure successful implementation • Head credit analyst for all new/existing customers for the largest agricultural manufacturer relationship for CDF. This required meeting strict deadlines and communicating decisions to the customer and manufacturer

• Managed a portfolio of 509 customers with $173MM of credit to analyze business habits/metrics, build relationships, escalate red flag situations and act as the single point of contact for the customer• Project manager and testing lead for all enhancements to the system of record, as the department rolled out a new web interface and cloud-based storage of all account data
