Develop, implement and deliver mill-wide communications to over 1,000 teammates on a daily basis. Media used includes multiple websites, newsletters, email, television systems, bulletin boards, video, instant messaging and face-to-face communications Manage public affairs for the Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point mills, as well as other Wisconsin Verso holdings. Serve as the “face of Verso” for local media and governmental agencies. I develop presentations, coordinate and lead many work sessions and assist leaders with communication skills and multimedia operations. I also serve as mill manager on a weekend rotation, assuming all responsibilities of the mill.

Head Tennis Coach for Assumption High School. Teaching tennis, teamwork and how to be a winner at tennis and life.

Help new/young business to start and grow in Central Wisconsin by helping to prepare business plans and applications for loans and grants. Coordinate discussions and collaboration between existing businesses to foster their growth in our community. Worked with other local organizations to find connections to take businesses to the next level. I also helped to coordinate, publicize and supervise many community events.

Managed daily operations with a staff of 15 teammates and an army of hundreds of volunteers. Watched over Wood County’s pet population, adopting out thousands of pets to new homes and returning hundreds back to their families. Coordinated marketing efforts which included writing a monthly newspaper columns, a weekly radio show, several local and regional television appearances and overseeing social media and website design.I also lead a capital campaign that moved the humane society to a beautiful new facility (from 2,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet), and designed the new facility to be able to better serve homeless pets and the hard working staff.
