Key Responsibilities:- Support company management in the definition & maintenance of Selfapys strategy and businessplan- Drive company planning activities in order to ensure alignment with overall business strategy, roadmap and prioritisation.- Monitor the performance of Selfapys product/service portfolio and enable the company and different functions with insights to deliver on company strategy.- Leadership for two BI Analysts in the Portfolio Management & Insights Team

Worked closely with the CEO of Selfapy on strategic & operational tasks and took responsibility for building up and leading Selfapys finance & business intelligence domain.Main responsibilities and achievements:-Create businessplans & operating budgets agreed annually with investors & internal stakeholders-Contributor in fundraising rounds (drive the businessplan and finance workstream, review of term sheets/contracts and assessment of financing options)-Build up and managed Selfapys BI-Infrastructure (Postgres, Metabase, dbt, airflow)-Assist department heads and senior management in monitoring core KPI’s and analyzing data to help achieve targets- lead & supported cross-functional projects (selected topics: QMS/Regulatory, OKRs, Psychologist Operations)-Responsible for all accounting/controlling topics (incl. monthly investor reporting, ad-hoc questions and analysis)-Restructured planning, reporting, accounting and controlling processes to increase accuracy and transparency

Projects:- Developed and implemented first customer service processes, makros ad guidelines to more efficiently and effectively answer requests (including set-up of FAQs)- Successfully applied for GRW-subsidies (Total grant of up to 750k over 3 years)- Developed first revenue calculation model for our health insurance contracts- Developed and implemented first reporting and billing processes with our health insurance partners

Projects as freelance consultant (Project Lead and associate):- Market access analysis (incl. identification of strategic partners) for a distributor of car engine oil- contract consolidation (of service providers) and cost improvement analysis for german hospital chain- Development of capacity forecast modell in order to predict capacity bottlenecks for a german automotive supplier
