The most resilient and sustainable organisations are those that can implement Change and Transformation programmes effectively and swiftly, achieving the largest possible gains for the business. As a Senior change Lead with experience across three iconic brands, I have spearheaded programmes and projects that rapidly improve business performance. Many of these programmes involve rolling out new tech that, while pioneering, also has demonstrated benefits. My initiatives have improved poor store performance, staff morale and, crucially, the customer journey. With a career based in such a large company as the John Lewis Partnership and, more recently, with an international focus at Le Creuset and Shell, I know that all Transformation and Change includes a cultural aspect. Staff and customers need to be fully keyed in and invested in improvements so that they can adopt them successfully and realise the intended benefits. My work often involves preparing the foundations by mapping out the cultural modifications, partnering with all relevant functions and ensuring the business case is understood by all.I am always happy to hear about suitable opportunities.
