Prime responsible for the successful consolidation of 5 IT departments, 3 data centers and over 800 IT employees. For the business side of the company the main integration projects of the merger (data centre consolidation, SAP consolidation, common application architecture, common workplace automation) were finalized.1995-1999 Erasmus GroepExecutive for IT and operations. During this period the office locations were consolidated, the entire IT infrastructure was renewed, a new technology for application development implemented and major changes in the business processes and related applications implemented. 1992-1995 debis SystemhausSenior consultant involved in the set up of the insurance practice and expansion of the business for the insurance industry. Furthermore actively involved in a number of large multinational customer projects.
