Competitive, trustworthy and strategic, I’m a Sales and Marketing Director with over 20 years of food industry experience across business and account management, sales, marketing, NPD, manufacturing, importing and exporting. Starting as a Sales Executive for Cadbury, I quickly moved into key account management positions, before becoming a National Business Manager for the Impulse Confectionery channel.As Sales & Marketing Director at Dollar Sweets, I’ve successfully grown a diverse portfolio of brands and consistently delivered new and unique products into the Australian market through global market insights across a range of categories.Having been closely involved in branding, marketing and manufacturing, I know what’s required to successfully develop and launch exclusive and innovative products. In recent years, I developed from concept a new premium cake-decorating brand – achieving over $10 million in sales over the past five years. Most recently I have successfully launched a range of 30 new house-branded lines to Coles, aimed at growing a particular market segment. A highly motivated, commercial and determined individual, I love the fast pace of the Australian FMCG landscape. My solid understanding of the local food and retail industries is supported by a deep knowledge of global insights and trends through regular overseas travel. Working closely with suppliers & enhanced by annual attendance at ISM in Germany I strive to always be on top of new products in significant international markets. My determination to win extends to my life outside work, where I play competitive tennis, and participate in the AFL Nines over-35 summer and autumn leagues. The time I spend with my family is very precious and I feel there is nothing better than a family vacation.
