Provided data set management, data analysis, and mapping (GIS) supporting the Cardiff Violence Prevention Model and the Core State Violence and Injury Prevention Program in the state of Georgia. Supported other areas of the injury prevention program with data analysis and research on an as-needed basis.

Wrote SAS programs to manage large data sets for traffic fatality data linkage program as well as classify injuries based on ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes. Created choropleth maps and used spatial analysis to identify geospatial public health trends. Provided data analysis and research support for grant applications and other programs.

Reviewed & edited surveys, communications materials, and reports. Conducted literature reviews for projects and presentations to state legislature.

Conducted statistical programming, data cleaning, statistical analyses, and data visualization for academic & psychological survey data in both SAS & R. Co-authored the 2016 & 2017 Georgia Division of Family and Child Services Child Fatality Analysis reports. Provided literature reviews and paper editing supporting other projects. Tutored fellow MPH students in biostatistics and statistical programming. Participated in mentored peer reviews for journals including Psychological Services, Journal of Traumatic Stress, and Journal of Child Psychology & Psychiatry.
