- Architected and implemented the foundation for a company-wide data platform in the form of a data lake and warehouse on AWS for fast growing startup (PySpark, Postgres, AWS DMS, Glue, S3, Redshift, Terraform)- Designed end-to-end ETL pipelines of multiple data sources including full responsibility and ownership over tech stack- OKR champion for the data team, leading and setting guardrails for the OKR efforts, i.e. OKR formulating, moderating, check-ins, etc.
