- Financial due diligence, data-room review and valuation assignments, including identification of key risks and value drivers, assessment of their financial impact on the possible deal, determining quality of earnings and net assets, collaboration with other due diligence specialists (valuation, social, tax, IT, actuarial, regulatory etc.) and sensitivity analyses;- Working both on buy & sell side, for corporate & private equity clients on transactions within banking and insurance, venture capital, real estate,…;- Co-authored report on the economic impact of banking regulations in Belgium;- Establishment of the financial multi year projections for the resolution plan of an international Belgian/French banking group;- Due diligence on the merger of 2 leading Belgian private banks;- Preparation for the Asset Quality Review of a Belgian international bank under the Single Supervisory mechanism of the European Central Bank.
