Participated internationally in implementations by large corporates such as BHPBilliton (global SAP roll-out, upgrade of Port Hedland harbour), Commonwealth Bank of Australia (business transformation), Intel (fab development), First Solar (US - next generation solarconversion technology development), DenelSaab (helicopter fabrication, fuselage manufacture) and the like. Structured thinking, logic networks, flexible scheduling and continuous improvement were key components of the above.Places a high value on team dynamics and has been instrumental in developing the globally available Pacemaker corporate assessment tool, based on Great Boss Dead Boss leadership principles, measuring group cohesion and effectiveness within organizations.Before entering the current arena, Philip spent a career in the Diplomatic Corps, serving as Minister Plenipotentiary in the South African Embassy in Moscow, with exposure also to multilateralism (United Nations and European Union) .
