Led a team of ~80, with 6 direct reports, for multiple international clients in automotive and eCommerce, delivering exceptional results and continuous improvements, while servicing their North American customer base. • Moved the Pro:Direct Sports contract to standalone 52K sq/ft facility to support growth while creating a showcase warehouse to support new business tours and contracts.• Lead the team to open 2 new 126K sq/ft facilities, in Bolingbrook IL & Jacksonville FL, for Volvo Cars.• Developed a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support North American sites on Lean activities, resulting in promotions that culminated in serving as an Ops Manager

Full responsibility for all aspects of the Unipart Logistics sites in North America, delivering exceptional results, continuous improvements and best practice sharing for an international client while servicing their North American customer base. Responsible for creating showcase warehouse environments that have supported new business tours and contracts. Led the project to open a new facility in Pennsylvania, while simultaneously closing the old facility in New Jersey.

Responsible for leading the synchronization of people, process and systems, in the Atlanta Distribution Center, using Unipart methodology, to deliver the expected levels of customer service against key performance indicators ensuring financial targets are met. Successfully implemented process improvements to generate space for additional business opportunities and delivered several, high profile, multi-client, new business projects which are generating revenue for the market.

As Lean Champion for the Territory, with ownership for implementation and use of Unipart Way, I undertook a consultancy position supporting USP on a Lean Warehouse Implementation in Houston and delivered Unipart Way to Serck Services based in Denver. I also led the operational and Unipart Way implementation of the Toronto Distribution Center
