I have been worked in the corporate trust sector for over 40 years and over that time have been involved in the establishment and growth of a range of corporate trust businesses including Guardian Trust, Australian Executor Trustees and One Investment Custody/Structured Finance, AMAL Trustees as well as spending over 15 years in a number of senior roles with Perpetual Trustees.During this time I have gained extensive experience across a wide range of transaction types and asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, retail and wholesale note issues, Funds Management and agency roles. This has extended to involvement in enforcement, including acting as an expert witness in a Supreme Court action relating to a retail debenture issue.
