Oversee all general accounting and HR activities for the company: duties include managing A/R and A/P accounts, general bookkeeping, company payroll, onboarding of new employees, maintain employee records, training and development, compliance and workplace safety, and all other tasks related to accounting and HR. Assisted Senior Director of Property Management in overseeing the acquisition and management of 28 properties within Tishman Speyer’s Washington D.C. Regional Portfolio. Coordinated business activity and correspondence between the regional office, property offices, and headquarters based in New York; prepared financial reports and drafts for new service and vendor contracts; budget reporting; file maintenance; and coordinating between other departments within the company.

Assisted Director of Programs with special events planning. Duties included procurement of donations of goods and services, logistical coordination for special events, and overseeing various projects related to events. Drafted a resolution which was presented to Congress. Provided research specifically on issues of healthcare and human rights violations in North Korea and Darfur. Provided Capitol Building tours to constituents visiting the Senator's office in Washington, D.C.
