Creation of 2D and 3D designs, models and drawings to Siemens Energy standards using AutoCAD and Inventor 2019. Prototyping designs with rapid manufacturing techniques using Fusion360, Markforged and Prusa 3D printers. Integration of designs for Teamcenter and SAP usage. Ensuring that team members are producing documentation to Siemens Energy standards. Qualification and document creation, test reporting and customer correspondence. Innovative design solutions and patent protection of business critical inventions.

Responsible for testing and commissioning new product developments. I worked to strict qualification procedures to ensure testing standards were maintained throughout various projects. I upheld key health and safety standards to ensure qualification testing was performed safely.

Completed my National Apprenticeship at Siemens in mechanical engineering. Over the four year scheme I developed various skills in mechanical assemblies and computer aided engineering.During my first three years at Siemens I assembled and rigorously tested subsea connectors for the Oil & Gas industry. I worked in many different departments of production such as;- Low voltage and signaling.- Instrumentation.- Top side connectors.- High voltage power supply.After progressing onto my HNC I became a trainee draughts person for my final year placement in a technical delivery team. During this placement I broadened my knowledge of mechanical engineering and subsea environments. Here I developed skills in engineering functions, processes and programs such as, Autodesk, AutoCAD and Teamcenter.
